The Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching Infectious Diseases fellows, residents and medical students.
Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient weeks at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC) as well as outpatient sessions at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine (PCAM).
The academic clinician track requires 100 credits of active and high quality teaching responsibilities. There will be an expectation of the ability of the candidate to provide management and/or leadership. Rank will be commensurate with experience.
