Faculty Assistant Research Professor, with a focus in Ovarian Cancer
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure research track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of ovarian cancer research with the focus on ovarian cancer pathology, targeted therapy, and molecular epidemiology. Applicants must have a strong publication and funding record, and the ability to develop a competitive, independently funded research program. Applicants must have an M.D. and/or Ph.D degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research.
Candidates should be skilled in molecular pathology, preclinical drug development, bioinformatics and statistics on analysis of large scale high-throughput omics data. The successful candidate will join the Ovarian Cancer Research Center and the Center for Research on Reproduction and Women’s Health.
