Faculty Assistant Professor (Research Track), Psychiatry
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure research track. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree.
Research or scholarship responsibilities may include collaborative and independent research in pediatric mental health, particularly with a focus on questions about the risk, identification, and prevention of youth depression and suicide. Responsibilities may also include mentoring and supervision of postdoctoral fellows, students, and research staff, serving as primary author and co-author for reports and manuscripts; serving as principal investigator and co-investigator on federal, state, and foundation grant efforts.
