Faculty Clinician Educator for Hematologic Malignancies Myeloma
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care. Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology or Hematology is required.
We are seeking individuals that have a track record in clinical research and clinical care in the area of myeloma and amyloidosis. The successful candidate will have clinical, clinical research, teaching, and administrative responsibilities. The myeloma clinical program encompasses a busy outpatient clinic with nurse practitioner support, as well as an active inpatient service providing both autologous and allogeneic transplants. Research and clinical expertise is far ranging including novel targeted therapies, transplantation and cellular and non-cellular immunotherapies. The position includes involvement in a growing multi-specialty amyloidosis clinical and research program.
