Administrative Vice President for Enrollment Management
The University of Providence invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management. The University community seeks an experienced leader in enrollment management as well as marketing and communications, a strategist who will help develop the University’s roadmap to increase enrollment, retention and graduation rates.
The University of Providence is a four-year, private, Catholic liberal arts university with a main campus located on 44 park-like acres in Great Falls, Montana, within driving distance to Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park. With numerous outdoor recreational opportunities available, Great Falls offers affordability, excellent schools and hospitals in a mid-size city of 60,000 residents.
The Vice President for Enrollment Management serves as the chief enrollment officer of the University and provides leadership for Admissions, Financial Aid, and Marketing. Reporting directly to the President and serving on the President’s Cabinet, the Vice President for Enrollment Management is an active participant in University planning and policy discussions and provides particular leadership in the design and implementation of university-wide marketing, recruitment, and enrollment practices that advance the mission and goals of the University.
The University seeks a highly skilled, experienced, visionary, and strategic-minded enrollment professional as its new Vice President. The new leader will bring a track record of implementing best practices, fresh thinking, and an eye for innovation and creativity. The successful candidate will have an appreciation for Catholic higher education and alignment with the University’s mission. Qualifications include a Master’s degree and at least seven years of progressive leadership in higher education and at least five years in admissions and/or enrollment services.
