TENURE-TRACK PROFESSOR IN VIETNAMESE HISTORY

Position Description:  The Department of History and the Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations seek to jointly appoint a tenure-track professor in Vietnamese History. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2025. The tenure-track professor will be responsible for teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Basic Qualifications:  Doctorate or terminal degree in History or related discipline required by the time the appointment begins. Strong Vietnamese language skills are required.

Additional Qualifications:  Demonstrated strong commitment to teaching and advising is desired.
